This drink is here to celebrate those last few warm days this year – and to make use of Ben & Jerry’s “Chunky Monkey” Banana/Caramel ice cream.
In a blender, add:
- ca. 60g of Ben&Jerry’s Chunky Monkey ice cream
- 3-4 raspberries (frozen ones are ok)
- 3cl Brugal Anejo Reserva Rum
- 3cl Cpt. Morgan Spiced Gold Rum
- 2cl fresh lemon juice
- 1,5cl Rose’s Lime Juice
- 1cl raspberry syrup
Blend well, then fill into a cocktail bowl and serve.
The drink gets its unique taste from the combination of the raspberries (sweetened by the addition of syrup), the ice cream and the hints of choccolate (from the Cpt. Morgan) and caramel (from the Brugal).
