There’s some drinks that we had seen mentioned, drunk or mixed so many times we don’t even seem to notice them as a mixed drink, rather as a completely new thing of its own. The reason they’ve been around for so long is simply because they’re that good – and with that comes the possibility to work on variations or expansions of them. Today’s recipe is based on the classic Campari Orange.
- 3cl grapefruit-flavoured vodka (e.g. Absolut Ruby Red)
- 1cl Campari
- grapefruit juice
In a small beaker glass with ice cubes, add vodka and grapefruit juice, then stir. Float the Campari and serve immediately.
